To correct this image I began with clicking on the black and white circle in the bottom right corner. Then clicked on Hue/Saturation. Then adjusted the saturation to my liking, which made the background brighter. But since the girl looked orange. I went over to the left and clicked the brush,switching the white to black and painted the girl and made her return to her normal color. Resulting in my final product above.

To correct the image I first had to crop the photo to a square, by clicking 1:1 (square). Then I straightened it by clicking the straighten icon, and outlined the ocean horizon, Clicking out of the picture. To be left with the final results of a straightened picture.
