Depth of Field
Shifting the focal point added an extra element to my picture. When the camera was focused on the candle the lighting changed which affected the mood making it darker. In my opinion i think it does change how the viewer perceives the subject, it brings more focus to the subject and gives it a nice background.
It was a great idea to use a candle for depth of field because it helps the mood of these photos, very nice and creative !
